CHORASAN: Morabi
Final design of Morabi.
Iterations of the uniform and mask/ helmet. His gear differentiates from the regular Shahin uniform, adapting even more hawk-like characteristics.

Chorasan is a worldbuilding project I worked on together with Amir Khan Dj. Afschar for our Bachelor Thesis. You can check out his work here: https://adja.artstation.com/ . It is the vision of a future where our old world has perished and a new dystopia has emerged from its remains. Centered around the region of former Mesopotamia, the people of this new world need to go back to their roots, to the cradle of cultures, the Orient. Our main goal for this project was to experiment with merging oriental aesthetics with a science fiction theme.
Morabi is the chieftain of the Sayad Clan Shahin (the Hawks) and mentor of main character Katayoun. Wise and experienced, he already conducted countless expeditions through the Bahr Mordeh to the ruins of the old world, hunting for precious technological artifacts. At one point, he lost his right leg in the battle with a mutated beast.
