Chorasan is a worldbuilding project I worked on together with Amir Khan Dj. Afschar for our Bachelor Thesis. You can check out his work here: https://adja.artstation.com/ . It is the vision of a future where our old world has perished and a new dystopia has emerged from its remains. Centered around the region of former Mesopotamia, the people of this new world need to go back to their roots, to the cradle of cultures, the Orient. Our main goal for this project was to experiment with merging oriental aesthetics with a science fiction theme.
Kulak Khun, also known as "Bloodstorm", is an inmate of the Asan prison who dwells in the high security tract. He experimented a lot with the technology of the old world and gained the power to manipulate other people's blood pressure at will. Also a religious fanatic, he is a highly dangerous individual - he was put into a straightjacket powered by gravity modules that can instantly restrain him with additional weights and belts.
